Theoretical max run speed?

Just for kicks, i'm thinking of the fastest we could get any toon to move, and here's what I've got. Let me know if I missed anything:

Player is a warden, +38%
Player is a high elf,+10%
Player has coffee, +10%
Player has hunter buff, +30%
Player has captain buff, +25%
Player has continuing swiftness, +10%
Player uses in-combat run speed boost tome, +20%

This adds up to a grand total 243% normal run speed, and seeing a warden zoom that fast would be funny indeed. Have I missed anything?

Edit: recollection armour +10% so 253%

In your original list you have an in-combat boost, but also the warden speed boost. They can't be on at the same time, as the warden will drop out of forced march during combat.

In your original list you have an in-combat boost, but also the warden speed boost. They can't be on at the same time, as the warden will drop out of forced march during combat.

You can use the in-combat boost our of combat. It just can also be used in combat. I'm fairy certain. Can you not use these tomes out of combat too?
