My game is not starting anymore, how do I fix it?

Over a year ago, I purchased the Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection. The game worked normally before, but now the game doesn't boot properly. When I click play, the game will show a white box covering some of my screen. The game will then crash and close. Same thing happens with Configure option. How do I fix this?

it happen to me too. i have a nvidia gtx 3050.

If it worked before, reset to the default config. If you are using Windows, Go to Documents> SART and delete the settings file. I had this problem sometime ago When I update the video driver and it solved.
