༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ Give DIRETIDE MIKU
Yogscast doesn't belong in a racing game either, yet here they are. I don't see why Miku isnt 100% possible.
ok i've been acting facetious this entire thread but I'm being 100% serious "Miku Hatsune will never belong in a racing game" is insane. you...you do know what game we're talking about, right. This is a game where a hedgehog, a football manager, a viking, some guy from Youtube and a Russian general all come together and race go-karts in the sky.
Does an anime robot really "not belong"
I would like Miku Hatsune in this game because it would be hilarious as hell. I'm kind of disappointed in the Yogscast DLC because I really dislike them but whatever, who cares. I wish the DLC had been something fun that could motivate me to play the game again instead of just being some Minecraft neckbeard. That's the long and short of it! I can't believe how thickheaded some of y'all are to miss out on the jokey tone going on. Way to ruin the fun. Nerds.
Most of those threads are negative. Nobody asked for or wanted Yogscast. Is Miku way more popular in Japan than the west? Yes. However, in the DLC poll she was very highly voted up, meaning players do want her.
The irony of course is that the game (Project Diva) actually works much better as a handheld title imo. It's something you can pick up and play for 5 minutes, put down, and feel like you've gotten something worthwhile done, unlike a lot of "portable" titles out there now. I mean, I love my SD Gundam G Generation Overwold but I spend like 20 to 30 minutes on ONE FREAKING TURN in that game. Sometimes when I'm on the go I don't have half an hour.... but I digress.
Project Diva f hasn't actually sold too well in English by the way (according to VGChartz), but er... to point it out, people like myself just imported the game because we never expected it to be in English. Seriously, it's far from the first game in series, so just based on precedent it seemed safe to assume that the game never would get translated. I actually did that with the BRS PSP game as well. Seriously, WHO TRANSLATES A BRS GAME AND NOT THE OVA OR ANIME?! Probably the same people who thought it was a good idea to translate the Ginga Ojousama Densetsu Yuna and Hyper Iria OVAs despite those games never coming out in English I guess. Well, not really, but seriously, why do people think stuff like this is a good idea? I bought the Yuna OVAs, but that's because I have the games on PSP... in Japanese. Although to be fair, BRS started as a song + artwork rather than an animated work.
... and I'm drifting from the topic again.
Anyway, Miku's hair maight be a pain to animate in a cart racing game. That may or may not matter here.
