If you think having 1 point in Accel and Handling what makes it bad, then you are going be in for a wild ride when someone uses that mod on most tracks. However it may seem bad if AGES can't protect itself from weapon spams which would be bad due to Accel is low

While drifting, you let go of the acceleration button for a second to gain control of your drift. Then hold the accel, back. They don't teach you this trick, unforunately.

lol that sounds pretty obvious. I just avoided low handling and drifted corners at full speed

In the first All-Stars Racing game, they actually did explain it in a loading screen tip.
It was essential to use in the last Super Monkey Ball stage.

I don't remember seeing that loading screen tip. Maybe beacuse I was too busy being oblivious while mashing buttons. I'm soo inpatient. :P

AGES plus console mod is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing, and having it is a real status symbol as well. In my opinion the best racer in game.

this mod might be based on real racing tunings when turning is not so necessary. But who would care about that. AGES with this mod is almost unbeatable if he avoids crashing and getting hit. You just need to prectise with this mod and you can roll in mp.

Most tracks are against this contrary to what most are trying to make you believe. The mod is great for a track meant for pure speed and boost. But get on a stage like monkey balls or a track meant for handling and it will be your downfall. And the accelration is so bad that unless your in first by end of the first lap you really dont have much chance of coming to a win espically if you get hit by a ton of items.

AGES with console mod on Temple Trouble is pretty much game over to other players. There's no track that AGES console can't handle if you're good at turning. Same with other characters with 4/1/1/6 mods.

^ This. Speed Demon is right. AGES mod is probably the best mod. I wouldn't say with all maps, but most of them.

You can pull off a ton of double flips in Temple Trouble. Most players think you can only one per each gap. :P

Do not get me wrong. Ages is fast and the mod is great for speed. But in a full competive party. Not MP or grand tour i mean online ranked. Ive yet to see a ages player win a single match unless its just 4 players.
