"Are you sure this will work?!"
"HA HA! I HAVE NO IDEA!"
Also, what's with the deal with people saying that Miku doesn't deserver to be in the game? Technically SEGA has some form of copyright with that character, everyone wanted her to be in the game when the poll came up, and now everyone hates her. If it's about her design being too raunchy for this game, that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Take a look at Ulala, he design is very skimpy and revealing that her skirt might as well be her oversized panties. And speaking of panties, Amy "Minnie Mouse" Rose flashes her panties all the time. And then there's Gum who looks like she's not wearing any pants or panties at all, just some long shirt that covers her pelvis. So I don't know, maybe it's because they think Miku fans just want to bang her in their own sexual desires. But then again it's the Sonic Fanbase, they're never satisfied with anything. Even when SEGA's recent games, *mostly Colors and Lost World* are just failed attempts to make the classic fanbrats shut up.
(I know you weren't even messaging me to begin with, but I just had to write that anyway xD)
Also, you forgot about Pudding.
Bayonetta would be too raunchy. I'm not sure where that assumption came about with Miku (unless I'm missing something?).
I think she's just polarizing because of what she is. Virtual pop star, from Japan no less.
Nobody is saying that Miku is too "raunchy" for this game, they are just saying that she was designed to cater SPECIFICALLY to lonely anime nerds. It's the whole reason for her existence. Ulala, while somewhat sexualized, still has a more goofy and more outlandish design that appeals more to general audiences. Miku is designed specifically to sell bodypillows.
Probably because many are afraid of being "invaded" by overly Japanesqe characters. Like how everyone is afraid of being "invaded" by too many non-SEGA characters. Both fears are silly.
I mean, it's OK to take preference towards other characters, but, well, blowing the negative out of proportion is just what some people do on the internet.
Would you believe some people hated having Snake in Brawl? Out of a roster of 35 characters, TWO were non-Nintendo. Some people STILL went up in arms over having "too many" non-Nintendo characters, and shot down anyone trying to suggest another one. And I'm willing to bet that there are those who loathe Mega Man being in Smash 4.
People and their "purity". It's crazy I tells ya.
