I've done the ICC legacy display, i've removed the installscript file and still doesn't open the game :(

For me, coming back to the game after years and after several hardware changes, deleting the settings.xml from \Users\...\Documents\SART did it.

I FOUND THE FIX.

You have to run the .exe "ASN_App_PcDx9_Final" in Windows 7 Compatebility mode, then it worked perfectly!

Sega is lazy ti not to fix this!

Surprisingly, the first time I launched the game, all I did was click no when I first got prompted that first yes or no window, it started working right away without having to change compatibility view :)
