Still broken 12-26-2024
Update: But fixed today with Windows 7 Compatibiltiy Mode 👌
That fix doesn't seem to work for everybody. For some computers it still crashes even after turning on administration mode in the compatibility settings.
I have that issue as well. Not sure what causes it.
I believe this is something related to the NVidia drivers. It happens to me and many other people, near or in the water parts.
And you have to be thankful, because for some people the game simply crashes.
Olá pessoal, Sou brasileiro e a solução que funcionou para mim é definir os executáveis para modo leitura! Talvez funcione para mais alguém... Então vá para os arquivos locais do jogo ou instalado e defina como modo leitura! Espero ter ajudado!

Hello everyone, I'm Brazilian and the solution that worked for me is to set the executables to read-only mode! Maybe it will work for someone else... So go to the local or installed game files and set it to read-only mode! Hope this helps!
