random crashes/freezes
Hello,
first i changed my resolution (2560x1080) to 1920x1080. Ok.

then the game has freeze in the first 3 minutes, but i fix with windows 7 compatibility. Ok.

now, i still have random freezes without reason. The game is stopped but the music is on.

Any idea?

Thanks.

It's your driver. I had the same issue with the RTX 2070 Super and 2080ti.

That should help

same thing happened to me. Be glad the fix was here for you right away and you didn't have to wait months like me wondering if they'd even fix it.

I'm still getting random blue screens on Windows 10 when playing this game - it never happens outside of it. Most recent one was on the Golden Axe stage which I guess has water in it if lava counts? I installed the hotfix drivers last night though so not sure what could be causing it.

I'm not sure what that issue is. Sorry man :-(

I actually never had an issue with GTX drivers. I had to rebuy back my 1080ti from a buddy just to run this game.

I think I've tracked it down to unofficial Xonar DGX soundcard drivers! I've updated them and now it seems to be running ok... fingers crossed! :)

The RTX crashes were either a engine level reset or crash to desktop, never a bluescreen.

I'd say get rid of the Xonar, Asus never supported those oxygen sound cards well.

Hi. Sitting here with my 2070 and random crashes on water still happening with 445.87 driver and windows 1909. It can normally play for hours and then crash or crash right away with the first water appeared on screen. I've tried downgrading my drivers to recommended with hotfix - didn't help either. Is there any new solutions, mb from the dev team of this "loud title"?
