has Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection

Cannot launch the game? White screen and then crash

I have tried several things, including changing the resolution and changing the launch properties to windows 7 (I am on 10 but all the guides said it didn't matter).
One guide said to go to to PC>documents>SART, then delete settings, but I couldn't find any way to reach SART, as it's not in my documents...
Any help please??

yes, it said it was all verified but still wont launch. I cannot access the configure menu either

The controllers.xml file is located in Users > (your PC account) > Documents > SART

Sometimes the OS might get confused and place the folders in other directories that also have Documents folder, such as in OneDrive.

I also found the folder in the documents folder of my OneDrive, but what do I do with it?

For me, this fixed it. Find Documents\SART\Settings.xml and edit the resolution to suit your monitor. 3440x1440 in my case.

Actually, spoke too soon. That gets me further - so the application launches but I can't see any menus or do anything. Apart from listen to some really irritating music.

Maybe thr game don't support the resolution too high, Just delete the config file and launch the and it will be solved. After that config it using the confg tool from the game itself. You can open direct from the game folder the name of the file is Launcher and see if the game support your resolution.

2560 x 1440 works. So no widescreen but hey ho
