I thinked that Crash Team Racing will come to Pc but looks that won't happen.I don't think that the "Sequel" Team Sonic Racing as good as Transformed but I really recomend Horizon Chase Turbo it looks similar to the Classic Top Gear. it doesn't have online mode but it has remote play and local multiplay for 4 players local.

I'm just gonna list all the kart racers / similarities that I know which are on Steam from the top of my head. I'll need to double-check for local play, however.

+ The first Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing game
+ Garfield Kart
+ Meow Motors
+ All-Star Fruit Racing
+ Race with Ryan
+ Super Indie Kart (like the SNES version of Super Mario Kart)

+ Super Toy Cars & Super Toy Cars 2
+ F1 Race Stars (but this has the least similarities of a kart racer)
+ Coffin Dodgers (still somewhat like a cartoonish kart racer)

+ GENSOU Skydrift (kind of like Mario Kart Double Dash, but with riding on anime women lol, but this game is really short for it's asking price)
+ Teddy Floppy Ear: The Race
+ Renzo Racer

Most of these are actually quite fun, and the young ones should get some enjoyment out of many of them as well (as long as the difficulty & cc's aren't high).

And there's even more cartoonish kart racer-like games than this available on Steam.

This game along with Mario Kart 8 and Crash Team Racing are my holy trinity of kart racers.
But I'm afraid the other 2 are available only on consoles (CTR is on Xbox One/PS4/Switch and MK8 Deluxe is Switch exclusive)

Kartrider: Drift will also be coming sometime this year. A classic kart racer that's been huge in Korea since 2004.

But I wouldn't trust insecure Nexon.

I've spent thousands of real money on their microtransaction's, only to keep having login problems because hackers next to you in-game could directly access your credentials perfectly in plain text from Nexon's servers. Took Nexon a solid month or more to get back to you.
