Can't Change Screen Resolution or Put in Full Screen Mode

When i open the configuration launcher, under Graphics> Screen Resolution is locked at 1536x864, with no other options to change it to.

In addition the game will not launch if i put it in Full Screen mode, and only works when set as "Windowed / Fullscreen".

I've tried uninstalling/reinstaling, validating local files, but cna't figure out what is going on, but can't help and think the two issues are related.

From a specs point of view, it should not be an issue: i7, GTX960M, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD.

Any ideas what is going on?

You might try to delete all files located at C:\Documents\SART then re-open Configuration Tool to set the settings to your preference. Hope this helps!

Thanks! Doing this actually helped me run it in Full Screen mode, and that works now. Which is great.

The config tool doesn't seem to open now, unless i run it in Windows XP sp3 Compatability mode, but when i do, Screen Resolution still shows 1536x864 as the only option available

Hm, that's a bit odd indeed. I'd suggest to use Windows 7 Compatibility Mode and run the tool as administrator, see if this could resolve this resolution limitation. You might also want to check if there is any setting/program on your PC which locks or prevents you to change the screen resolution.

It the config launcher works great now in Windows 7 Compatability. Thanks for your help.

As for Screen Resolution it is odd, because I can change it without issue on nearly every other game. This time the Config Launcher, the game's Resolution displays 1536x864, and whenever i click on it, the reolutions that its shows available are just empty grey boxes. Weird eh?

Yeah, the problem does sound strange as I've always been able to set up the screen resolution. There is one thing you could do if you'd like; edit the line for screen resolution manually by opening settings.xml file (in the folder mentioned above) on Notepad. After you set that up, save the edited file and set it as read-only. This way you could prevent the game to change anything for graphics settings.

Dude! This worked! The game launches now in full screen and at my desired resolution of 1080p! It launches without a hitch now. I can't thank you enough

hey if your reading this them I'm having the same issue when you mentioned in the folder mentioned above witch folder do you mean
