[AMD/ATI] Wanna more than 60 FPS with sync on?
First of all, I didn't learn english. Be warned :]

If you have monitor with more than 60-Hz (or you overclocked your monitor), but Sonic do not allow you to set it, you have to:
1. Enable sync in game launcher (game folder)
2. Instal RadeonPro.
3. In RadeonPro-> add new profile (just grab ASN_App_PcDx9_Final.exe from game folder to RadeonPro), then
4. In RadeonPro-> go to <Tweaks> and put the desired refresh rate into <Display Refresh Rate>. It's option next to <Triple-buffering>, it's NOT <keep up to XX FPS>
5. In RadeonPro-> Right click on profile and choose <Apply now>
6. Enjoy.

Don't ask me about NVIDIA coz I don't have actually any NVIDIA card.

I tried this, but only works on fullscreen windowed:

Open the XML file located on ASRT Folder on "My Documents".

Edit the string "refresh", "fullscreen" and "vsync" strings:

Refresh = Desired refresh rate
Fullscreen = set to 0 (0 is fullscreen borderless, 1 is fullscreen and 2 is windowed)
vsync = set to 1

Example:

<refresh>75</refresh>
<fullscreen>0</fullscreen>
<vsync>1</vsync>

It works, I'm sure because just 2 minutes ago I was playing with 70fps. Steam FPS counter say that, RivaTunerStatisticServer say that, any my monitor menu say that. It do not work with monitor 60Hz ofcourse.
