Sonic & All Stars Racing Collection now includes Metal Sonic and Ryo Hazuki DLC.
Existing owners of the game who didn’t previously own these DLC packs will have them added to their library for free.

Seeing as to how it was in a $1 tier I don't think it would be unfair if they somehow didn't. This rewards people who actually bought the game outside of a bundle. Just my opinion.

It wasn't $1 tho, but $6 something. (Might have been multiple bundles tho).

And unless it's sold separately, even then I wouldn't agree.

I didn't get Ryo added to my library, and I purchased the game directly on Steam years ago. On top of that, I can't even see an option on Steam anywhere to just buy him. What goes on?

They missed some packages other than humble bundle too, like collections and lost world preorders.

Unless Sega fixes it, only way to get it will be to rebuy the game.

Cool! I was at first really confused why I had the DLC in my library even though I didn't buy it. For a second I literally thought Steam glitched out, or I bought it on accedent.

Use Steam Support to remove it from your library and then buy it again
