Unlock 30 fps lock on cutscenes. Make an option for 60 fps!

Performance is simply cut in half and for me it shows 50% GPU usage in cutscenes. Just add an option in the graphics settings whoever needs it will turn on “cinematic” 30 fps. I'm waiting for the patch while I put the game on hold.

This was a crazy decision, same thing I'm FFXVI, fine if they want it on by default but at least give us the option to unlock it, glad there's a fix already

The mod, while it does unlock the fps for cutscenes, all the animations remain locked at 30 so the cutscenes are now just judder city. I don't recommend anyone using it.

You can't? It's glaringly obvious especially when it transitions from gameplay. Maybe you're just used to playing games at 30fps so it looks normal to you.

What makes it worse though is that the original SH2's cutscenes were 60fps. I have no idea why they would downgrade this...

probably cause i have fsr 3.0 (framegen) enabled, i dont see 30fps cutscenes

Yes. The cutscenes are actually why I turned one on to begin with. I wanted to see if they were just that demanding or if there was some other issue.
