As stated elsewhere, the golden countdown on the store page for the Deluxe Edition shows how much approximate time is left before it unlocks. So, approximately 5 hours from now (more like five and a half as of this post, but it's approximate - midnight tonight for you, essentially.)

Both the early access unlock and the standard release are global simultaneous events and happen everywhere at the same time for everyone, differing by time zone. And the early access is 48 hours before standard release for everyone.
