Normal first. Combat hard

If i do end up buying it, i'll probably choose both the hard puzzle and combat difficulties just so i can play the game for longer.

That's my plan, i always go to Hard difficulty right off the bat like i did on past survival horror remakes like RE games, the Rewards after beating the game on Hard is worth it.

hardest puzzle, combat probably hard since i wont be fighting against tank controls. hopefully there's a difficulty above hard after beating the game too

I can't remember if there's more above Hard but i do remember there's Extra on puzzle difficulty in the OG SH2 game

Waiting for more rigorous and thorough benchmarks still and reserving judgment. But assuming I take the plunge, which I'd like to... Normal difficulty for combat, Hard for puzzles.

Personally, I always play everything on the highest difficulty level. Because easy games are boring.
