I wanted to give this remake a chance....The idea of exploring SH2 with modern graphics.
But I'm sorry...SH2 is my holy grail game.
I just can't get over the "new" characters deisgn, something is off.

The modding community will certainly create some skins for the characters to have high fidelity with the original game, but if I need to mod the game to enjoy it, it's a no.

I might be wrong, but I think that the remake was made to trigger a new generation of fans and not us, the base fans.

I agree 100%. Let the game speak for itself. Blasting it without context is ridiculous. And one character not being "hot enough" isn't a justification.

Just uglifying lots of female models in this game kills entire point of the game..... especially because..... I am not sure how to explain without spoling a lot... but there is no logic in making them ugly.....

I don't know how many times I need to say it, though. No matter how they look, if the characters behavior, reasoning, and personalities aren't on point to where it doesn't feel like Hollywood, it doesn't even matter.

We can mod aesthetics later, at least, you can't mod the original quality work back in anywhere near as easily.
