You need to go to the website appropriate for your region. CANA is offered through Steam but I'm unsure about other regions that may or may not be offered.

I know that I can get the game from the websites on any region, but I was hoping to get it on Steam, o well...

I don't have experience with CA EU so I can't help you there. You might need to ask the community forums at the official CA EU website. I'm thinking that CA NA is only available through steam but I cannot be sure.
