Framerate

My computer.. This game.. It's dreadful. I'm playing on a laptop, i know, its terrible, and all my settings are turned to low, I play in window mode, and STILL my game still runs at FIVE FPS. And some times, if I'm especially lucky, TEN. TEN IS THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MAX. I dont have the money to buy a new computer, or anything FOR my computer, as my parents do not support me playing games, and will say NO. Are there any little things I can do, whether in steam, or in game to help boost and increase my FPS? Please help. I havnt played for days, due to my fps situation
