Best place to farm exp?

Is OS better than PvE? I don't have premium and farming ECM became pain in the ass

If you have high damage you can farm aliens in Abandoned outpost (not sure if name is right, the one sector on Jericho side with lots of Predators) or in alien zones full of Hunters, and ofc OS tasks that gives synergy as reward

I have low damage. I'm farming Wakizashi to get to next ship, and I'm not investing in it too much. Are low level locations also good?

Low lvl locations have weak enemies that gives very poor xp, i think it's better to do Skirmish , or just play PvP since it gives much more xp depending on what you did in the battle. And keep in mind OS tasks giving synergy. ECM ships are efficient in PvP as they can control enemies.

Fastest way to farm: find some golden ammo in OS (different locations for different ranks). Get some credit chips with boost to aliens or to your preferred gun type (or both for the best result). Equip your golden ammo and go to Sanctuary and farm predators and ghosts. There is a limit for one undock XP amount (I think it is about 100k for R13 or so) which you will hit in a few minutes. Bear in mind that there is no real incentive to farm ships you don't use except the unlocking new ships. Fleet stregth affects only probability to get your second purchase for free and each 10 maxed out ships increase this probability I think by 1% (it was like that last year, but I'm not so sure if that wasn't changed).
And regarding the farming - weekend XP boost events work in Open Space as well.

I think Terramorphing station. You have 6 turrets you can build and they help you destroy ships. the ships are only 577 for each, but 20 kills would give you over 100K. I maxed out two ships daily experience gains for a given day in about 2 hours. You stop when you start receiving zero for each ship killed (you reached your daily maximum.)

anywhere to be honest , and saturation at 200k xp ,.

i used to go in blackwood shipyard when "noob" , and now i go derelict stronghold or destroyed dreadknought because of all kinds of loots .

sanctuary is a small sector .... well anywhere is great as long as you have enemies to kill

I'm mostly farming new ships in Ancient Ruins. With Golden ammo it's around 1100 synergy per alien shoot down

i use tornado and thi'lith gun = more kills more drops and as thi'lith makes multikills i have more chances to drop better loots

relax , beer&crisps
