Destroyer weapons

So a couple months back, I finally managed to build the R8 Archon, with came with the Halo Launcher. I'm considering building the one of the other dessies, but I'm concerned with thier starting weapons. Don't get me wrong, I personally had quite a bit of success with the Halo launcher, but do the other R8s start with the other guns, or am I going to have to cough up GS or play lootbox roulette for the Coilgun and Meson Cannon?

All other Weapon is Boxes on Open for Iridium , and Buy this on other Player.

Wait.

The Halo Launcher is on this Time a Loot on Open Space , on the Time you Build the Rang 8 was this Weapon on Shop.

Actually some of them come with two weapons - one is halo launcher. The other is a non-upgradeable coil gun, to which you can have access if you remove halo launcher from the slot.

I did not know that. Is it any good? or am I better off keeping the Halo equipped?

It's a basic, white coil gun - so it's a crap in my opinion. But it allows you to do a quest for killing enemies with kinetic weapon on a destroyer.

the halo launcher is the most basic dessy weapon in the game but the coilgun is another one if you remove the halo launcher but its a white coil gun so you cant upgrade it all the other weapons like the G'Thar'Du cannon or the mason cannon are weapons that you have to get blueprints, and the spacific parts to manufacture them. the blueprints and the parts you can get with GS yes but its easier to just wait to get the correct box and buy it with iridium. i did that with the Tempest launcher Rotary gear and it was totally worth it.
