how did it get an AO rating?

Can anyone tell me how to get it? I think it has to do with the first game "R.I.P". There is also a lockbox there I cannot open, above it it says : "The code is dead". Thanks in advance.

Can someone tell me how to unlock this achievement?

I play through the game normally and get to the part of using the binoculars and looking at the neighbour, when I am meant to go to sleep after the text shows, I cannot seem to remove the binoculars and progress in the game. I've tried pressing all buttons but no luck. Is there something I am missing to do or not pressing the right buttons?...
