@Colt Canada So you bought the game on an old account play 250+ during angry koala with no story line at all and "liked it" they move to V 1.0 on the 22nd of July and now you DON'T like it so you purchase it again for this account on the 24th of July.

Here you state that you bought the game on the first account when you liked it but couldn't refund it because you had over 250 hours. Now lets put that together shall we? You had the game on a seperate account, one that you couldn't refund because you had over 250 hours tthen you go ahead and get another account and purchase it again on the 24th of July to play for 37.5 hours so you cant refund it again.

I am not going to outright fail you for your poor grammar but your punctuation could use a little work, not to mention your ability to form comprehendable and flowing sentences. (D-)

So from above as quoted you had the game for a long time on a seperate account (the one I assume has over 250 hours) and that you bought starbound for this account in July (July 24th at around 2:00pm, I checked your steam achievements.)
