Workshop Mods Not Working At All (Fixed)
Alright, so I had an issue which I thought was my mods failing on me, but now regardless of what I do, steam fails to download the mods for starbound, or they are getting downloaded to the wrong place. This is actually really stressful since the mods I use impact my gameplay heavily. Now all my characters (including those I use with multiplayer) are almost compleatly useless. (The game will not let me leave my ship thanks to this glitch, no matter what I do):steamsad:

I have this exact problem. Mods appear in steamworks folder, but not the starbound mods folder.

That is not a bug - that is how Steam Workshop works.

No mate. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content = one destination.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods = a different destination.

Workshop mods are suppose to be downloaded to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content

Mods you manually install from other websites go here
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods

Ok, so I just copied the DSL2 file from winx32 from a friend and it works again. Guess they need to work on the files being finished eh?

copy past the mods from your workshop folder to the starbound mods folder. it worked for me so maybe it will work for everyone.
I know it's necromancy, but this is literally the only thing I've found on it. How do you know which folder in content to copy from?
