Undying Enemies

Some Enemies won't die even though their HP is at 0, at one point i have to switch on admin and disable the dungeons tile protection and bury them, so they could be out of my way and won't kill me. it isn't just limited to the dungeons it seems, i just ran into a cultist on a new play-through and removed all of their health but they didn't die

Edit: found the problem, one of the mods i had was sexbound defeat and it messed with the despawn/death animation, removed said mod
