Progress is still saved on my new character.

So basicly - I've completed the full story, All my guys are in the outpost and the portal is open. One day i decided to make a new Character, I made it, got my corefragments and opened the portal to the outpost. When i was walking to the first quest i was suprised by something. Everyone was still there, Portal is open. How do i remove them? I want everything to be undone?

That should reset the Outpost for all characters. You can't reset it for just the new character without messing with files because the Outpost is deliberately shared by all characters on a server/computer.

This isn't exactly a bug. The premise is (at least I think) that after you've worked to get all the Oupost stuff, you can just have immediate access to it on any character. This essentially translates into you only having to play the story once in order to have access to story-locked stores. I will say however, it could do with not transfering story characters at the Ark, along with the portal progress.
