PC/Console Cross-platform play?

You can play together on PC with MAC/Windows/Linux

You cannot play between console/pc and will likely never be able to do so as the game is abandonware.

Okay, that's what I suspected. My personal investigation on the lovely World Wide Web resulted in conflicting opinions. Some said you couldn't at first, but then later you could, others say no outright.

and yeah. I've been playing Starbound for a *lonnggg* time, so I'm tragically aware of the game's current state.
