I feature it in that there video! Right after the Batman mod.
Also, check out what's going to happen to your thread next!
nice mod and blodd effects!
But he is the artist from terraria. Not sure why he is a plagiarist.
i think its due to the sudden departure by Tiyuri halfway through development of terraria
As in generally anything that might make the game more enjoyable or funny to a few but would make it less enjoyable or aesthetical to other players.
Really now? That's news to me considering I don't see his mark anywhere.
Also Plagiarism:
pla·gia·rism (plājəˌrizəm)
noun: plagiarism; plural noun: plagiarisms
1.
the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own.
synonyms: copying, infringement of copyright, piracy, theft, stealing;
Gee, No one's noticed the remarkable simularities in all the monster parts to a certain flagship Nintendo francise at all? Considering Terraria had the same 'artist' and they had to do a complete overhaul of the sprites when people started noticing a great deal of them were final Fantasy re-edits..
Although I would love a mod that added it well.
On death if enemies "ducked/fell to the ground" and then bleed out...and only vanished after 2-3 mins...I would vote 2 thumbs up.
And if it could actually pool, or if it could bleed into other water sources I would tip my hat to the author.
I think the way they have designed the game, visually and effect wise, that the poof somehow just fits. I've played terraria and saw the blood and stuff and was like well this is neat the way stuff just flies around and bounces when i kill it, but my first time playing starbound I literally didnt even give it a thought when all it did was "poof". I guess being an older more experienced game player (as in started before gibs) this game just took me back to my childhood so I didn't even really expect there to be blood with how well it seemed to fit the time era it hails from. Not saying you guys who want blood and gore are wrong, I'm just saying it seems like great mod material but doesnt seem to fit the asthetic of starbound itself. Now yes it did fit to extents in terraria, but that game struck me as alot of silly and goofy, while this game is goofy it came across alot more light hearted. For kids but wildy addictive for adults too much like all the games some of use remember from out childhoods spent on console of old.
Before you go off the deep end white knighting starbound or any of its team members, believe it or not games exsisted before starbound, even before terraria...holy crap i know its amazing. What our good friend Glogenflobish is refering to has little to do with tiy's work on starbound. So all you
WRONG!...gore is good
