Does this game have any sort of under water item or gear that allows me to breathe? I often create magnificent water ways to magmit pits, and its rough stuff I sometimes nearly drown. as im leading the water sometimes off the top of the surface!!! but I love that precious magma rock and crystals and get a sick pleasure create huge tunnels of water to extinquish the most vicious of flames.

Yes, I know there is a diving mask and an oxygen tank, although I don't know if they let you breath underwater.
