What is Teleporter Core for and how can i use it ?

i got it as a reward from quest and i don't know what is that for or even how to use it

With it, you can purchase a Teleporter for 3000 pixels at the 2 Stop Teleshop (Outpost). You may place this teleporter wherever you want- on your ship or on a planet. Once you name it, you can teleport to it, let's call it Teleporter B, from Teleporter A, the one you already get on your ship. You can also teleport from A to B. You can also get a Teleporter C and go from A to C, or C to B, etc.

Teleporter Cores can be found throughout the universe, and can be purchased at the Outpost in the 2 Stop Teleshop, near the back, for 10,000 pixels. They are used to create Teleporters.

so without core, i cant buy teleporter eh ? and i assume i can only buy 1 teleporter with 1 core ?

In order to purchase a Teleporter (the only currently known way of acquiring one), you need 1 Teleporter Core and 3000 Pixels. Doing so uses up the core (and pixels), so yes, 1 Core= 1 Teleporter, and without a Core in your inventory you are unable to purchase any type of Teleporter. You will need to either find another Core or purchase a Core yourself for the steep price of 10,000 Pixels.\

damn its really expensive. i mean without core buying only one teleporter cost 13k. but considering how relief is that gonna be, i'd say its worth it.

Don't panic too much about finding cores, High tech chests can drop them and there more common in higher danger planets. After travelling to a brand new radioactive world after the update I found 2.
