/toggleperf - Overlays a fullscreen performance graph over the game, making it difficult to do anything else.
/w - Whisper - Send a private message to another user. Seems only to work with users that do not have a space in their name. Ex: /w Bob Starbound is fun!
/boxes - Displays collisions (requires debug mode)
/clearboxes - ???
/debug - Enables debug mode
/fullbright - Disables the lighting engine, making everything brighter.
/itemid - Displays information on given item.( works but has weird perimeters)
/message - ???
/nick - Nickname - Change your nickname.
/played - Displays how long you've played this character.
/pvp - Enables PVP mode between players.
/reload - Reloads local assets
/serverreload - Reloads remote assets
/showhunger - Shows hunger
/spawngun - Spawn a gun.
/spawnitem - Spawn a specified item.
/spawnnpc - Spawn an npc (non player character).
/spawnshield - Spawn a shield.
/spawnsword - Spawn a sword
/spawnliquid [liquidID] [quantity] - Spawns a liquid at mouse cursor
/spawnmonster <type> [level] [param] Spawns a monster at mouse cursor
/togglelogmap - Displays performance info (requires debug mode)
/togglelayer <layernumber> - Toggles the visibility of specified draw layer
/universe - Swipe world.
/yQA - ???

listcid - lists all users and their associated client IDs

kickcid <clientID> [reason] - kicks a player based on their CID

kick <username> [reason] - kicks a player based on username

ban <username> [reason] - kicks and IP bans a player based on their username

bancid <clientID> [reason] - kicks and IP bans a player based on their clientID

softban <username> [reason] - kicks and UUID bans a specific players character based on their username

softbancid <clientID> [reason] - kicks and UUID bans a specific players character based on their client ID

globalalert <message> - Issues a global alert to all players in large text

timewarp <amount> - Changes the current planet’s clock

setgravity <amount> - Sets your local gravity

resetgravity - Resets your gravity

These commands are removed.
That means no longer available ingame.
Don't tell expired information.

At the time of their posting, in 2015, those were all valid commands. A few of them weren't removed, but placed into a debug mode that needs to be enabled as well as admin.

As far as I know, that command only affects the playerdata of the person who used it. Admin command usage does not disable acheivements. Also, I haven't seen any indication or official post that Chucklefish cares about cheating in regards to starbound. It doesn't appear that they have the Valve Anti-Cheat system enabled either.
