Unable to Ftl drive?

Hey after I completed the mining facility and I went back to the ship to complete the quest, My game crashed. Now The fuel guage still isn't working and I cannot go anywhere. Help please?

It won't allow me to put fuel into the fuel guage
I'll probably just start a new save file

I have the echirian fuel stuff but it won't allow me to go into the fuel menu
It still looks battered up and it says I've completed the quest for it :(

Yep and he doesn't have anything for me except redoing the mining facility and upgrading my matter manipulator to lvl 3

nope SAIL took them from me just before the game crashed

I had the same issue. Save & Quit the game after you complete the quest, so if it crashes again you won't need to repeat the mining mission.

i think you might have to make a new game. its probebly the game thinking the ship is broken yet the quest is done at the same time.

It crashed before I could save and quit, and it says I did the mining mission

fyi you wont loose much if you restart your charachter the start planet is the same so just put your stuff in a crate and get your new person to pick it up.

new character on a old planet its almost like a whole you game kinda sort of not
