Winning Ticket?
You get this for beating the arcade game in the outpost. Does this do anything, or is it just a vanity thing?

You'll need it later for an outpost quest. Keep it, or just just do the puzzle again when the quest pops up.

Actually, I don't know if you can get more than one ticket. Better keep it!

I've found multiple tickets through playing the game over again.

it's actually easy to remember it i found the way and remembered a b-line for it
