How / Where do you farm leather?

I seem to find leather very rarely, and the set i need to craft needs around 24 leather pieces... Is there a fast way to get it? i have found 2 pieces leather on 4 hours...

Probably no easy way... only killing monster again and again...

I don't find that worth it at all.
The better is to mine and get better tier for your cold protection.

Use a hunting bow or knife. It will either drop meat or leather.

Dual wield hunting knifes, use an Iron Bow, or one of the Glitch crossbows. Generally by the time you get enough to make the set though, it will become obsolete as Copper armor provides better protection. Having a single piece is usually enough to provide warmth when you need it without sacrificing protection, unlesss you plan on using them as vanity items.
