Pilot's Backpack

Item description says "May or may not contain a functional parachute". Has anyone gotten this to work? Or is this not implemented as of yet? Found this and tested it out only to plunge to my death... lol...

The Pilot's Backpack is just a vanity item from the "Pilot's" set which includes goggles, jacket, backpack, and trousers.

Hehe, I would have tested the parachute out also but probably over water.
