really i am not allowed to use cheatengine?

the reason why i use cheat engine is to quickly amass wood or blocks so i can build stuff quicker in-game but whenever i try to alter the amount of wood i have my game says "access violation detected" really let people cheat if they want to!

Or make one with what you want... or even ask for it.

type /admin before you use any cheats and make sure you know the id of whatever youre cheating in.

This. The warning you're getting just means you only have player rights and what you're trying to do requires admin rights. This is to keep random players from cheating up a storm on shared servers.

Also, I'm not sure if the OP runs a server, but if you do and still want to cheat, you're going to have to tweak a file to allow yourself and anyone else you may want to cheat. But I figure you'll come back and ask here if this is the case.

nah it was just a single player, i managed to fix it by running compatibility win 7 and run as admin!

Honestly, it's just easier (in my opinion) to use the /admin commands in singleplayer if you want to cheat as it gives you invulnerbility, crafting is free, etc.

you can use what ever you want to use on your game. just don't do it online in someone elses game and if people join you and complain kick em. anyone who tells you that you can't use cheat engine on this game when you are playing by yourself is a jerk and can shut up. it's your game play it how ever you want.
