How do i know what tier is a planet?

So im finally free, fixed my FTL and can fly arond...
How do i know the planet tier when i approach?
Im still in my steel armor, and im not even sure on where to find Titanium :p

Start by going where you can. You have an oxygen implant, so anything "airless" or with a "non-breathable atmosphere" isn't an issue, but other warnings you can't do anything about should be avoided.

Gentle stars are the lowest-tier, so going to another one won't do you much good. Check out Radioactive and Eccentric stars for planets that you can set food on.

The threat level is the tier.
Harmless = t1
Mostly Harmless = t2
Moderate = t3
Risky = t4
Dangerous = t5
Extreme = t6

Titanium is found on moderate and above planets.

Its funny, I don't find t5 and t6 difficult to explore and live on. If thats their hard version then its beyond lame.
