Difference between 64 bit and 32 bit versions?

I was wondering if there is anything the 64 bit version does better than the 32 bit? Are the graphics identical? I ask because, despite having a 64 bit system like most people, the 64 bit version has these horrible lag spikes every few minutes that make enemies teleport around the place. Once I switched to 32 bit those problems went away, but I wanna know if I'm missing out on anything.

For me it's the opposite 32 bit has more severe fps drops in areas like outposts , villages , space stations but run better in such areas on 64 bit.

Other than that from what i hear the versions are identical in terms of being the same game.
