From what I read on Reddit it turn well on it (thx to the Linux core) controls might need some adaptation time. Dec said tthey are working on controler support for PC.

I play it on Steam Deck and haven't had any issues honestly. Although getting used to the controls does take a bit of time.

With mods for me and that's over 800 mods including Frackin Universe and it's addons.
