How do I do quest "Deliver message to X"?
How do I do this quest? The NPC I'm supposed to give the secret note is standing next to me but... how do I give the note? If I press E, the NPC just says something random. Holding the note doesn't help either. How do I give it to them?

As far as i know, having the note in your inventory and pressing E over an NPC should progress the quest. If it doesn't work, it's more likely a bug, so i suggest either waiting for someone else to post in this thread or abandoning the quest and see if you can complete other message deliveries. Maybe you could check your mods to see if any of them could've caused the issue if you have any.

It seems all of these deliver message quests are bugged then... this issue was before I got any mods too. I've been abandoning the quests for now.

I know we already necroed this thread for no real reason, but oh well...

Anyway:

1) Are you sure you got the note added to your inventory? (Did you have enough space)

2) Are there multiple NPC nearby / on top of each other?

3) Did you have multiple quests about giving messages? I think doing multiple can cause to softlock one quest (by making the game remove the wrong message, for exemple)
