Friend connects to server but has lag or low fps(hamachi)

I just recently bought this game for a friend and we use hamachi. We connected jsut fine the first time some lag but decent. Now its impossible for her to move her character but Im jsut fine. I tried the whole port forwarding thing but she can't connect to my server and people keep sayign about a default config file in asses but I dotn even see that.

AngelKun, then you did it wrong. Also depends on your ISP.

Hamachi is laggy and crashes and Port fowarding with arris router really doesnt work for me :\

I edit it all out I put my ip address the ports and all that jazz and nothing My server works fine but my friends cant join

If you contact your internet provider, they might be able to help you with the port forwarding. You might even be able to get a guide from their website.

I'm not really technically savvy for that kind of stuff, but a user on the official forum made a FAQ thread (http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?threads/port-forwarding-answers.33820/), and in it they offer to try to answer questions if you send a private message. You could try asking them.
