i just got the game i dont know which character is the best

They made all race have the same stats,so,it's only skin.

That's not exactly true. For most races they're strictly cosmetic, however for the Novakids, they don't have access to making melee weapons, they only make sniper rifles and pistols.

well its not lack of, they are plenty smartss but are a (lore wise)relatively young race, they are as smart as any of the races but imagine them as cavemen with spaceships, able to learn and reverse-engineer... i mean they can read binary but they sometimes have a limited vocabulary and a strong lisp...

well in the game the different races are supposed to be different in distinct ways, its not fully implemented yet, but it's planned to be as subtle as florans being able to eat anything and be unaffected, to things as having a stat bonus to ranged or melee

fixed your list and added their final forms evolution

human = hamerhead -> very big hammerhead battleship(bigger is better)
hyotl = space submarine -> giant space salmon (most armourd, smartest cockpit placement)
apex = 80's future spaceship-> diamond shaped battleship(most guns of all)
avian = crystal temple -> gua'uld ship(space pyramid)
novakid = train locomotive -> longer train (unlike their antention span)
floran = wreck helt together with vines -> amalgamate of difrent ships(floran lazy ass...)
