FU Dark Cavern Puzzle Problem

I've been playing Frackin Universe for 2 minutes and I'm at the part of the Dark Cavern just after you get the boosted jump ability, I don't know what to do from there...

there should be more to that part of the ruins. you may not be able to complete it unless you also have the dodge ability, though - that can be found in another area of the cavern.

The cave is a Metroid style gated maze. Gain an ability, use ability to go somewhere you couldn't before to gain a new one, repeat.

Have both the High Jump and the Dash.
How does one get the Ball Morph?
Can't seem to be possible to go further without that, and the best guess I have is the hint about secret passages which is slowly driving me insane while looking at every piece of dirt as if it could have the key to let me pass.

do you recall the area with the healing water?
there's a passage submerged in the healing water that leads to a hidden area.
