Specific Tenants ?

So i want to Create a Race Specific Colony but i have no Idea how to change the Colony Deed to do so..(avian for now)

It all depends on what you put inside the room as that is what chooses the race of the tenants. An example is using medieval items to get Glitch tenants.

Tip 1: Place furniture that suits the race or tenant type you wish to use the room. For example, use Avian furniture to get an Avian. Typically you need around 20 tiles of the correct furniture type (a 2x2 chest is worth 4 tiles, for example). When in doubt, use extra.

Tip 2: You can break the colony deed and place it again if you did not get the results you were after the first time. Useful if you have a mix of furniture, or want to swap furniture out.
