Avian Villages?

I'm trying to find the Avian relic, but there are nearly no radioactive stars anywhere near me for light years. And the ones that are there don't have the jungles that avian's are supposed to be on.

well you can find every race(alien) on every kind of planet but avians you find more on jungles planets.
best tip, if you ever find other races that you dont need to scan, set a Flag there for later, you need to find every artefact.
