I am in the middle, of a project, that needs a lot of pet tethers, and I don't want to succumb to /admin and keep this real, anyone is willing to trade this fella some Phase Matter?

I have many cosmetics and many many good weapons! Will tell once ingame, thanks

go to the hylotl ruins. there will be some samurai-looking ghosts. kill them with bow, that will increace chance of dropping rare loot like phase matter
