If you're really interested in custom stuff which I highly recommend your best bet is to self learn or trade for them on servers.
To self learn start by finding other peoples /spawnitem codes and extracting the vanilla game assets. Always back up your game before tinkering with codes. Just experiment with the codes by replacing small bits and pieces such as changing number values till you get a hold on understanding how the json (code language) works. It will take dedication and trial and error. There is no easy step to this. From there look for more resources. There are many 3rd party program tools to help make the codes. Such as adding in custom images called drawables (which are essentially custom signs so it's still vanilla).
Eventually you can move to the second code language of the game called LUA. Which is far harder to do and learn but allows you to do almost anything. The most amazing things you'll see on servers are made with lua. Lua is modding. Not customs. Meaning things can not be traded with lua.
Many people trade custom items for other custom items online. No one will trade a vanilla game weapon or item for a nice custom one. As they can get them, themselves. GL. I can explain ways to start trading for beginners but you need to use your brain sometimes too... There's places already in this topic to acquire some spawn codes.
Be careful online trading. There are a few people on servers who kill on sight, troll on site, corrupt on site, and steal on site. And when I mean steal I don't mean from chests. I mean your selected/held item or armor you are wearing. Always back up your game.
No, you are mistaken. Parameters are used to make custom weapons. Such as "Primaryability", or "animationCustom". What do you think parameters mean?
No, he didn't. Stop spreading bad info. Starcheat is not a virus despite what ever ♥♥♥♥ protection program you have installed says it is. My ♥♥♥♥ virus protection program says the same thing. The download is clean and safe to use.
What does this even mean? No?
What hacks? What would make you believe I do these hacks? Who tried? Who failed? Failing implies I'm giving up on something. Why would I give up and not try again? What in gods name are you even talking about?
From your other posts I think you are greatly misinformed on the subject. And I'm guessing my answer is no, seeing as I have no clue what these hacks are. Your sentence makes zero sense as it does nothing to pertain to the topic of customs. Unless you think customs are hacks. Which they aren't. If anything they are mods.
