How do you craft the tier 4 armor?

I was playing through the game and I had just mined a large amount of durasteel and when I went to craft armor I found I couldn't upgrade the table because I had no idea where to get silicon boards... does anybody know where to get these or how to craft them? I am mostly unable to continue on due to the fact that everything is just too powerful to face with tier 3 armor.

Upgrade your furance and look in the second tab. Coal and sand.

silicon boards are made at the furnace last paged with 1 coal and 1 copper IIRC

Create an Atomic Furnace (requires 10 Vilotile Powder, 20 Glass, 7 Durasteel Bars and 6 Gold Bars), then you can craft Silicon Boards from one of the tabs for 2 coal and 5 sand.

They're built with the upgraded furnace, in the tab with the bottle icon.

You can also get Silicon Boards by killing robotic enemies (Not the militant Glitch), so like Tintic (The little silver trash cans with conical hats) or the spheres on legs that angrily stomp around.
