Avian button temple puzzle(s)

There's two that I've counted that presumably require you to have all buttons down at the same time (the first requiring me to be fast but it seems like the buttons go back up quicker than I can step on them). So... How do you do them. I have no idea. Throwable block item might work...?

in first you just gotta go fast(it isnt that hard, just go from left to right one after one as fast as you can)
in second you need right order in which you click them

U need to be fast, side to side.

One problem with the fast one though.

The buttons don't always register, meaning you could be going sanic speeds and still not get it.

It's honestly stupid and frustrating.
