Trouble finding apex scanables

Im having troubles finding stuff to scan on the frozen planets. Is there anywhere else i should be looking for apex buildings?

I ran across Apex settlements on Dry Grassland planets. The quest prompt is seemingly inaccurate and/or you can find settlements of various species on a variety of planets.

I managed to find one apex rebel settlement on a frozen planet

It seems that as far as scanning goes, anything that would be related to holding knowledge is a candidate for scanning. Anything to do with MiniKnog presence seems to be "green" too.
